Currently, as per BDL regulations, Suyool users must be Lebanese.
To create your Suyool wallet you're required to submit a valid document that proves you're Lebanese. Such as:
- Identity Card
- Lebanese Passport
- Biometric Driver License
- Civil Registry (Ikhraj Eid)
- Army Form (Namouzaj)
