How do I request money on Suyool?

Suyool users can request money from any Lebanese mobile number.

All they need to do is:

Tap on "Receive".

Tap on “Request From Lebanese Number”.

Insert the name of the contact they are requesting the money from, or their phone number.

Choose the currency (USD or LBP).

Add the amount.

Finally tap “Confirm & Send Request”.

If they are a Suyool user they will instantly receive the request on their app.
If they’re not a Suyool user, they’ll receive a link from the requester which will redirect them to a web page where they will have 2 options. They can either download the Suyool app, add money to their account and transfer the amount or go to any BOB finance branch and pay the amount in cash.
